REMINDER - Uniform Returns

Please note: Annunciation uniforms MAY NOT BE WORN for any sports outside of CYC and AAA-sponsored sports (this includes indoor soccer). Any questions about this should be directed to Dennis Paloucek, AAA President, 918-1656 or e-mail: sevenpals@sbcglobal.net.

UNIFORM RETURNS PROCEDURE:

The basketball season is now complete. All sports uniforms need to be laundered and returned to the AAA to be checked back into inventory. Please place the uniform(s) in a sealed bag with a note included detailing the player's full name and team.

The final uniform return date for soccer and volleyball will be from 6:15 p.m. to 7:45 p.m. on Wednesday January 18, 2012 at the Klocker House. The Klocker House is the little white house behind the back parking lot of Annunciation. The Klocker House is actually located on Short Ave. which is the small street off of Central Ave.

If you can not make this time please contact me before then to make other arrangements.
Again, when you return your child`s uniform you will receive your deposit check back. If we do not have your check you will receive a receipt that it has been turned in.

If your uniform(s) is not returned the AAA will cash the deposit check. If you have already returned the uniform and have your deposit check, or a receipt, please disregard this.
